What we do

Apartment buildings and street-level commercial space — the kind of property that serves a neighborhood every day, not a trophy asset.

We acquire residential and mixed-use buildings and hold them. Leasing, rent, repairs, and compliance are handled by our own team, and renovation and capital work run through our own construction arm rather than a general contractor we met at the closing table.

That is the whole model. It means a resident with a leak reaches the people who own the building, a commercial tenant negotiates with ownership directly, and a seller gets an answer from the decision-maker instead of a committee.
